,24 HP (18 kw) main & 3.5 HP (2.65 kW) scoring motor.
• Variable saw carriage travel speed from 16 - 492 FPM (5 - 150 M/MIN);

electronically controlled overhead program fence,

rack & pinion driven, forward speed from 82 - 196 FPM (25 - 60 M/MIN),

return speed of 196 FPM (60 M/MIN);

both the saw carriage & pusher driven by AC brushless Servo motors.
• Equipped with: (7) Clamps open up to 5.2" (132 mm).
• "NC 500" operating system, graphics color monitor integrated into "high tech" look operator

control panel (displays cutting dimensions & patterns), on-board optimization,

and tele-service diagnostic, data input by keyboard or possible direct downloading from office PC.
• Equipped with: 39" (990 mm) Stack height automatic lift table for loading from either side or rear of the machine, (currently set up to load from the LH side facing), powered rollers with fork cut-outs, 173" x 86" (4,400 mm x 2,200 mm) table size, 5-ton (4,545 kg) cap., 4 HP (2.98 kW) motor for raise-and-lower,

encoder controlled guide rods for automatic book height adjustment;

NC controlled rotating turn table integrated into the rear of the machine for management

of head & 3rd phase cut patterns.
• (3) Lateral aligners to accurately position book of panels on rear saw table prior to cutting;

modular roller rear machine table,

side aligning device cross-aligners to accurately position book of panels

against the right angle fence prior to cutting.
