§           Single sided with (3) CNC Linear profile shaping stations and (3) open stations, equipped with (4) main columns and (2) feed chain tracks one of which is adjustable.

§           IBM Pentium 330 PC-20 processor with 14" VGA screen and keyboard, 900 programmable shapes, auto center of profiles with different lengths.

§           1st shaping head with 15HP with inverter RPM control, 2nd & 3rd heads with 10HP - 4,000 to 8,000 RPM motors with inverter control. All heads with 35mm diameter x 3-15/16" long spindles, 0-90 degree tilting (CNC control works up to 60 degree tilt.)

§           Right hand fixed, 2nd feed track programmable with 39-3/8" maximum width adjustment, both feed tracks with motorized overhead continuous hold-downs, disappearing dogs on 23-5/8" centers, motorized right hand fence with 9-7/8" minimum with brake for accurate positioning.

§           Variable feed speed 13 to 99 FPM, transport chains covered with white rubber non-staining & oil resistant pads, auto-lubrication with air-oil regulators for transport chains, machine base and all station slides.

§           Separate control cabinet, full sound enclosures and dust hoods. Jump score and hog head available at additional charge.
